Im currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join a well-established facilities management contract covering South London and areas just outside London. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking for a secure, long-term position with a strong benefits package.
The role will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
- Fault finding, diagnosing issues and completing repairs across plant and equipment
- Responding to emergency breakdowns and participating in an on-call rota
- Managing and supervising specialist subcontractors when required
- Completing all relevant documentation through CAFM and electronic reporting systems
- Supporting condition and dilapidation reports
- Liaising directly with clients and providing a high standard of customer service
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards
