Key Responsibilities
- Delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
- Carring out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical infrastructure and plant in line with site schedules and CAFM systems.
- Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement where possible.
- Diagnosing and repairing plant faults and defects to ensure equipment remains operational.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels of spare parts to support maintenance and reactive works.
- Providing parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
- Completing and submitting all relevant documentation to the contract administrator in a timely manner.
- Preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure all work is carried out safely.
- Building strong working relationships with team members, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Ensuring a safe working environment, including adherence to PPE requirements.
