Head of Soft Services (FM) in Mile End

Senior Soft Services Leadership Opportunities London | £80,000 - £100,000 + Package We’re currently recruiting for two senior Soft Services leadership opportunities in London, working across large-scale, complex Facilities Management contracts. These are high-profile positions requiring experienced operational leaders who have managed the full delivery of Soft FM services, with responsibility for large teams, senior client relationships and multi-million-pound P&Ls. The Role You’ll take overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and strategic performance of Soft Services, with responsibilities including: * Leading the delivery of multiple Soft FM service lines across a complex contract * Managing a multi-million-pound P&L, budgets and overall commercial performance * Leading and developing large operational and management teams * Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders * Ensuring contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements are achieved * Driving operational efficiencies, service improvements and continuous improvement * Supporting mobilisation, change management and TUPE where required * Developing the long-term operational strategy for the contract What We're Looking For * PFI and/or Healthcare FM experience – essential * Strong experience managing the full Soft Services provision, rather than a single service line * Responsibility for a multi-million-pound P&L * Experience leading large, complex FM operations * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge * Excellent senior stakeholder and client management skills * A proven track record of improving service performance and developing high-performing teams Please apply via this advert and I will be in contact to discuss the roles in further detail
