Working for a specialist Mechanical & Electrical Project Management company as Project Manager delivering a range of mechanical projects within commercial environments in London.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through execution and handover, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
In this role you will be office based 2-3 days per week with the rest of the time working from home/site. You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6-10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as the primary client contact, driving excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. Conduct risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and ensure all work complies with health & safety, regulatory and quality standards. Oversee the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.

Requirements:
- Applicants MUST have experience as Project Manager working in a similar FM/Building Services Maintenance environment.
- Applicants MUST show experience delivering work within live environments.
- It is desired that applicants are mechanically qualified (HVAC), however this is not essential.
- MUST have experience managing mechanical sub-contractors.
