We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a team at a static site location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with no call-out requirement.

Salary: £37,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day

Location: Static site (no travel required)

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services and HVAC systems within a facilities management environment.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting routine PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to maintain system performance
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety procedures and site standards
  • Maintaining accurate service records and maintenance documentation
  • Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations

  • Air Conditioning systems
  • Split and VRF systems
  • AHUs and FCUs
  • CRAC units
  • Packaged HVAC systems

Requirements

  • F-Gas qualification
  • Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications
  • Strong experience working within FM / M&E maintenance environments
  • Experience maintaining a range of HVAC systems
  • A multi-skilled maintenance background with strong fault-finding ability
