M&E Site Manager

M&E Site Manager Oxford £270 – £300 p/d Great opportunity for an M&E Site Manager to join our client on a site near Oxford, delivering a range of Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric upgrade projects with values between c £20k – £1m. Our Customer are a leading FM & Construction business operating UK wide on a range of exciting projects and contarcts. You will work on a range of different projects across the campus site, leading both direct labour and subcontractors. Works will include M&E plant upgrade/replacement and minor fit out and refurbishment projects. For this role we require a SIte Manager from a Mechanical or Electrical trade background + SMSTS and First Aid. Site based, 6 month contract with possible extension opportunities.
