Job Description Commercial Gas Engineer\n Location: Leicester / Midlands Salary: Up to £47,000 + Van + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time \n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Leicester and the surrounding areas . \n This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a secure, long-term position offering a competitive salary, company vehicle and strong benefits package. The Role\n As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties. \n \n Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) \n Reactive maintenance and breakdowns \n Fault finding and diagnostics \n Servicing and repairs of commercial boilers \n Maintenance of gas-fired equipment and associated plant \n Working on AHUs, pumps, valves and heating systems \n Completing compliance and safety checks \n Updating job information and completing relevant documentation \n Liaising with site teams and clients to ensure works are completed efficiently \n What We're Looking For\n \n Commercial Gas qualifications - CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A or equivalent \n Previous experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities Management \n Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience \n Full UK Driving Licence \n Comfortable working across multiple sites \n Good communication and customer service skills \n \n Experience working on HVAC or wider mechanical building services would be highly beneficial.
