An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional FM Manager (Hard FM) to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing the delivery of hard FM services across a portfolio of retail sites throughout the Home Counties.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of mobile engineers, ensuring statutory compliance, delivering exceptional service levels, and building strong client relationships across a multi-site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a regional retail portfolio.
- Lead, develop and support a team of mobile engineers and supervisors.
- Ensure all compliance, health & safety and statutory obligations are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and financial performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors where required, ensuring quality and value for money.
- Support mobilisation activities, audits and contract growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience managing hard FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
- Strong technical understanding of M&E building services.
- Experience leading engineering teams within a retail or commercial environment.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, PPM delivery and CAFM systems.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and performance.
- Full UK Driving Licence
