The Role
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and water treatment. Working as part of a shift team, you’ll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring all works meet contractual and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments
- Liaising with site stakeholders and specialist subcontractors
- Accurately updating CAFM systems and maintenance documentation
- Supporting minor works and providing technical input where required
