We're recruiting for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading building services provider delivering maintenance and plumbing works across a portfolio of commercial buildings owned by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious local authority contract with long-term stability, overtime opportunities and excellent company benefits.
The Role:
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Repairs and installations across commercial properties
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Working on hot and cold-water systems
- General building services plumbing duties
- Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Package:
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- 40-hour working week
- Company van & fuel card
- 1-in-4 call-out rota (£120 standby payment)
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x & 2x)
- 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service
- Plus 8 bank holidays
- 4% employer pension contribution
- Life Assurance (2x annual salary)
