We're looking for an experienced AC Supervisor to join a growing business, leading a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Lead Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position.
The Role
- Supervise and support a team of AC installation and maintenance engineers
- Provide technical guidance and ensure high standards of workmanship
- Carry out site surveys for quoted works
- Support both the operational and commercial aspects of the business
- Remain hands-on, with approximately 60-80% of your time spent on the tools
- Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota
Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
- Travel scheme worth approximately £10,000
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Optional overtime paid at 1.5x

- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- NEST pension
- £150 standby payment for call-out rota
Requirements
- Proven experience within commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- F-Gas Level 3 qualification
- Full UK driving licence
