Health & Safety Advisor Southampton £50,000 – £55,000 + Vehicle Allowance £4,500 + 25/8 days holiday + additional company benefits. Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading FM services provider looking to add an experienced Health & Safety Professional to their existing team. Overview: * Working as part of a rapidly growing portfolio. * You will be delivering Health & Safety guidance and processes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all company staff. * Supporting both operational & project management teams, you will be reporting all EHS accidents, incidents and near misses as well as safety observations ensuring immediate feedback and timely investigations are undertaken and reported. * The portfolio you will be working across will consist of critical infrastructure buildings and facilities in the south of England. * Hybrid working spending 1-2 days per week in the office. The rest of your time could be remote working or out on site. * Review existing HSWE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work to include the suitability of risk assessments, methods statements and permit to work and the competence of those undertaking them. * Support organisational ISO frameworks including but not restricted to ISO 9001/ 45001/3/14001, acting as site support for internal and external audits against these standards. * You will also provide guidance and support to project delivery services on the account including both minor works and capital projects. * Providing CDM support, project safety inspections and EHS advice as required. Requirements: * Previous experienced Health & Safety advisor having worked within Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction or maintenance. * Security clearance will be required for this position. * British National or lived in the UK for 10+ years. * MUST hold NEBOSH General certificate. * IOSH Managing Safely also highly desired.
