We\’re seeking a proactive, reliable, and certified electrician to carry out EICR inspections, remedials, and minor works in occupied and void properties. ?? Key Responsibilities: Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in line with 18th Edition regulations Perform testing, inspection, and certification of domestic installations Carry out remedial works, upgrades, and fault finding as required Liaise professionally with tenants and housing officers Ensure all work is completed to NICEIC standards and submitted on time ?
