We’re recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers delivering high-quality maintenance across a busy contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across both planned and reactive works.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of static and mobile engineers
- Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time
- Deliver works in line with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements
- Provide technical support during breakdowns and emergency situations
- Act as the first point of contact for site operations and team-related matters
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery
- Overseeing compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Maintaining CAFM systems and ensuring accurate job and asset data
- Supporting lifecycle and project works
- Carrying out audits and managing statutory maintenance activities
- Handling customer queries and supporting issue resolution
- Managing critical spares and maintenance planning
- Participating in on-call rota and emergency response planning
What we’re looking for:
- Strong electrical background with previous supervisory experience
- Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and SLAs
- Solid understanding of compliance, statutory regulations, and H&S
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
