We are working on behalf of an award-winning Facilities Management organisation with a group turnover in excess of £1 billion. They are looking for an Account Manager, experienced in Water Hygiene services, to join their team based in the West Midlands.

The Role

  • Lead the operational delivery of client water hygiene contracts, ensuring technically compliant, best-in-class service delivery while maintaining health, safety, quality and contractual standards across all projects.
  • Drive sales growth through account management, upselling surveying, monitoring, remedial and maintenance services within existing clients, while developing new business opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary operational teams, building strong client relationships, providing technical consultancy, and delivering performance reporting, proposals and commercial support to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
