We have partnered with a leading global facilities management organisation to recruit an experienced Account Director to lead a large, high-profile contract within a complex, highly regulated environment.

As Account Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the hard services on a strategically important account, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will act as the senior point of contact for the client, while leading and developing a substantial on-site management team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full P&L ownership and commercial management of the contract
  • Leading and motivating a large, multi-disciplinary FM team
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation
  • Managing risk, governance, and performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Supporting mobilisation, change management, and contract growth opportunities
About You:

You will be a proven senior leader from the facilities management sector, comfortable operating at pace within complex environments.

We are looking for:
  • Significant experience at Account Director or Senior Account Manager level
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to Transform & Restructure accounts
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L ownership essential)
  • A background managing large, complex environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative, visible leadership style with a focus on people development
