About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time position for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about supporting the financial advice profession. You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our partners’ businesses – from building advice sets to performing key tax calculations, policy analysis, and business submissions. You’ll also be helping ensure their advice processes remain efficient, compliant, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing client policy information
- Carrying out tax and product comparisons and calculations
- Producing key documentation such as advice sets, illustrations, and business submission packs
- Conducting compliance checks and liaising with advisers on outstanding requirements
- Managing CRM systems and client data
- Supporting pipeline processes and performance reporting
You’ll work closely with paraplanners, administrators, and Partner Success Managers to deliver seamless support and exceptional service.
