About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on producing high-quality suitability reports, enjoys technical work, and values flexibility and autonomy. As a facilit8 Paraplanner, you’ll be the engine room behind quality advice delivery — helping our partner firms provide compliant, tailored, and client-focused financial recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Writing bespoke and compliant suitability reports across a range of financial planning areas
  • Reviewing fact finds, risk profiles, and product research to ensure accurate recommendations
  • Collaborating with advisers to clarify advice strategies and gather relevant documentation
  • Conducting cashflow modelling, tax calculations, and scenario analysis
  • Supporting with ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Working within agreed service level timeframes and managing multiple adviser relationships

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of paraplanning experience in a regulated UK financial services environment
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards it) – ideally with additional technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and IHT planning
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Voyant, Dynamic Planner, IO, and Selectapension is advantageous
  • Ability to interpret adviser notes and present complex advice clearly and compliantly
