Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Aberdeen with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing an engaged community of supporters, volunteers, and beneficiaries. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing community engagement initiatives
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Developing and managing social media content
  • Promoting events and campaigns
  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitoring community feedback
  • Analysing engagement metrics
  • Continuously improving strategies to enhance FACEYOUTH’s impact

Qualifications

  • Experience in a non-profit or youth-focused organisation is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Community Engagement
  • Proficiency in Event Planning, Campaign Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
