This is a full-time hybrid role based in Aberdeen with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing an engaged community of supporters, volunteers, and beneficiaries. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing community engagement initiatives
- Responding to inquiries
- Developing and managing social media content
- Promoting events and campaigns

Qualifications:
- Experience in a non-profit or youth-focused organisation is a significant advantage

- Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Community Engagement
- Proficiency in Event Planning, Campaign Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication
- Experience with Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
