We are looking for a strong-minded, high-conviction Sales Leader to own the commercial growth of our wholesale distribution and pharmacy divisions. FACES supplies pharmaceuticals, medical-grade skincare, aesthetics, and beauty products directly to clinics and businesses across the UK. Your mission is to step in, establish a relentless "sales first" culture, build the operational plumbing, close deals yourself, and breed a high-performance environment that scales.
Core Responsibilities
- Build & Breed the Culture: Establish an elite sales culture across both our local office in Stafford and our remote international teams.
- Systems & Infrastructure Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize our sales operations.
- Recruit, Train, & Scale: Take ownership of building your own team.
- Solo Execution & Account Closing: Lead from the front lines.
- P&L and Performance Accountability: Manage performance data meticulously.
