Faccelove is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand serving thousands of customers worldwide every day.

Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response advertising and understands how to turn insights, emotions, and objections into ads that scale.

NOTE: This is a remote role under an independent contractor agreement.

You will own the creative strategy behind our paid ads, from ideation and angles to briefing, testing, iteration, and scaling.

You’ll work closely with media buyers, creators, editors, and founders to continuously push performance while staying aligned with the brand vision.

This role is for someone who understands that creative is the biggest lever in paid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation
  • Develop high-converting direct response ad concepts for Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Create strong angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks for a mature female audience
  • Translate product benefits into emotion-driven, problem-solution ads
  • Continuously generate new concepts while iterating on proven winners
  • Testing, Scaling & Iteration
  • Analyze performance data (hooks, retention, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Identify winning creatives and patterns
  • Create structured iterations to scale winners
  • Kill underperformers fast and double down on what works

Briefings & Collaboration

  • Write clear, actionable briefs for UGC creators and editors
  • Guide creators on tone, structure, objections, and delivery
  • Work closely with media buyers to align creative & performance
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency

Market & Customer Insight

  • Deeply understand the mature women customer
  • Identify key objections, desires, fears, and buying triggers
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Turn customer feedback and reviews into ad concepts

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands
  • Strong background in direct response advertising
  • Deep understanding of Meta & Tik Tok ad creatives
  • Experience scaling ads (not just launching them)
  • Strong copy instincts (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
  • Data-driven mindset with creative intuition
  • Ability to move fast, test fast, and learn fast

Must-Have Skills

  • Creative concepting & angle development
  • Direct response copywriting
  • Performance analysis & iteration
  • Clear briefing & communication
  • Strong ownership mentality

Nice to Have

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or supplements
  • Experience marketing to women 40+
  • Familiarity with UGC-driven ad systems
  • Experience working in fast-scaling D2C brands

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent flow of new winning creatives
  • Clear creative direction for the entire ad pipeline
  • Ads that both convert and build brand trust
  • Scalable systems for testing and iteration
  • Strong collaboration across the marketing team

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary
  • On-time and reliable payments
  • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global e-commerce brand
  • Long-term growth opportunities
