We are looking for a Tax Analyst to join our Global Tax function at ESL FACEIT Group. This is a fully remote role supporting the Global Tax Manager in managing international tax compliance and operational tax topics across multiple jurisdictions.

The primary focus of the role will be tax compliance coordination and tax analysis, working closely with external advisors and internal teams. In addition, the role will provide exposure to international tax topics such as transfer pricing, withholding tax, cross-border transactions and tax audits. This position is ideal for a tax professional who wants to broaden their experience in international taxation within a dynamic global organization.

  • Global Tax Compliance
    • Support the coordination of corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Work with external advisors to prepare and review information required for tax returns.
    • Maintain and monitor the global tax compliance calendar.
    • Assist in preparing tax reporting packages and supporting documentation.
  • Tax Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze financial data to support tax calculations and reconciliations.
    • Prepare reconciliations between accounting data and tax filings.
    • Support the preparation of tax provisions and tax reporting including MDR.
    • Work with ERP data and financial information to support tax calculations.
  • International Tax Topics
    • Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
    • Support analysis of withholding tax implications for cross-border payments.
    • Assist with tax authority queries, audits, and information requests.
    • Conduct research on international tax developments.
  • Global Tax Projects
    • Support various international tax and operational tax projects.
    • Support various M&A projects from a tax perspective.
    • Assist in improving tax processes, documentation and internal controls.
    • Support internal stakeholders with tax related questions.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant tax experience (Big4, tax advisory firm or in house tax department).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance processes.
  • Exposure to international tax or cross-border transactions (TP) is an advantage.
  • Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented professional with experience managing multi-jurisdictional filings.
  • Strong analytical and excel skills.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Hanna and Coupa systems.
  • Previous involvement in payroll taxes.
  • IFRS related experience.
