The Project Manager sits in the middle of everything to ensure communication happens, deliverables are clearly defined, and things get done. They should have the skills and experience to tackle challenging projects with minimal oversight.
This role is a Project Manager for a fixed-term project/contract basis, ending in October 2026. Working mode will be hybrid with flexibility to be remote while also being on site during events.
The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of esports and/or logistics activations as part of a larger program. They should be comfortable managing up and down, monitoring deliverables to maintain client expectations, and work with the program Line Producer to track and manage financial health.
You will work alongside production disciplines to create timelines, review deliverables, and work with vendors to ensure that everything is completed to our high standards to make the best show possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the execution of a large-scale live event production as part of a complex program.
- Serve as the brain trust for the project, understanding and effectively communicating project scope, budget, and deliverables to wider project teams to achieve program and client objectives.
- Act as a liaison between external and internal stakeholders; identify risks, monitor potential scope creep, and work with multiple project teams to be proactive, discover, and convey relevant updates.
- Drive day-to-day execution of project deliverables, aggregating financial tracking and reporting from multiple IPs, ensuring timely and quality production.
- Identify, manage, and prioritize project-related items across overlapping projects while maintaining a high level of organization and output.
- Create and manage project roadmaps, workback schedules, and task and milestone reports, and communicate project health to project, client, and leadership groups.
- Lead and manage internal issue trackers, incident report creation, pre- and post-mortems, and general project management initiatives.
