THE ROLE
As Studio Manager, you own the Tribeca studio end to end. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, drive revenue and profitability, and create a workplace people are proud to be part of.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead the launch
- Drive the successful opening of the Tribeca studio, ensuring operational readiness and an exceptional client experience from day one.
- Put FACEGYM on the map locally through networking, partnerships, outreach and neighborhood marketing.
- Plan and host launch events, community activations and member events that drive new client acquisition and membership growth.
Build and lead the team
- Coach and develop a team that consistently delivers against KPI targets, with clear step-by-step feedback and coaching where goals aren't yet met.
- Create a positive, motivating environment where the team feels supported, confident and proud of their work.
- Support the team in overcoming selling challenges and build the confidence to create retail theatre that attracts new clients during quieter moments.
Grow membership and loyalty
- Champion the membership program by promoting its benefits, encouraging sign-ups, and making sure every team member can speak to it confidently.
- Keep a sharp focus on client loyalty, occupancy and rebooking, inspiring the team to keep raising the bar on their own goals.
- Coach the team to strengthen client conversations at every stage of the workout, making the most of every opportunity to grow revenue.
Deliver an exceptional experience
- Ensure every workout is delivered to protocol, consistently, so clients get instant and long-term results they can see and feel.
- Confidently manage and resolve client complaints and challenges, in studio and over the phone.
- Keep building the team's knowledge of skincare, products and workouts so expertise shows in every interaction.
Run a tight operation
- Manage studio inventory so you're always stocked with the products and tools needed for the full range of workouts.
- Uphold health and safety guidelines, including the sterilization and storage of all equipment, and keep the studio and workstations clean and presentable.
- Stay proficient in the Zenoti system for accurate bookings, reporting and team usage, and operate point of sale systems, card machines and tills efficiently.
- Complete and check all required studio and team paperwork, uphold grooming and hygiene standards across the team, and support other locations where the wider business needs you.

- Extensive experience managing a team in a fast-paced, service-led environment, with fitness, beauty or wellness a strong advantage.
- A motivational leader who brings out the best in people and inspires high performance and engagement.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to build something from the ground up. Experience opening or launching a new studio, store or hospitality space is preferred.
- A natural community builder, with experience running local events, activations or partnerships that grow brand awareness and business.
- Commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers, KPIs and financial data, with a talent for turning targets into results.
- Calm under pressure, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and someone who thrives on tight deadlines and a busy studio floor.
