This is a dynamic, hybrid role combining hands-on facial training with operational studio support. As a Studio Support Trainer, you will ensure seamless studio operations while stepping into a Studio Lead role when needed, and delivering exceptional facial workouts to maintain outstanding client experience. You will provide flexible coverage across all London studios (including Notting Hill, St John’s Wood, Kings Road, Selfridges, and Coal Drops Yard), supporting the business during staff absences, holidays, and peak periods.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations, including front-of-house duties, self check-in/out, walk-ins, and client support
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and client intake for a seamless experience
- Maintain studio cleanliness, hygiene, and overall readiness
- Oversee opening and closing duties as key holder
- Support retail sales, rebooking, and overall revenue growth
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally, in person and over the phone
- Monitor stock levels and support end-of-day reporting
- Deliver high-quality facial workouts in line with FACEGYM protocols
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and rebooking
- Educate clients on skincare, products, and treatments to support upselling
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, Health & Safety, and studio presentation
- Stay up to date with FACEGYM techniques, products, and innovations
- Use Zenoti to manage bookings, client records, and checkouts
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Experience in beauty, retail, or spa environments
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Team player with a professional and engaging attitude
- Able to stand for extended periods (6–8 hour shifts)
