FACEGYM is seeking a Customer & Studio Experience Manager to own every client touchpoint outside of the workout.

You’ll manage Zenoti, lead the CX function, and supervise two Studio Experience Coordinators, embedding a customer‑first mindset across the business.

You will build proactive feedback loops, optimise app and membership workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Education and Product/Tech to keep the client journey seamless from booking through rebooking and retention.
