Licensed Esthetician who loves both delivering exceptional treatments and creating outstanding client experiences.
This is a unique hybrid role where you'll split your time between performing FACEGYM's signature facial workouts and supporting the front of house.
You'll welcome clients, deliver results-driven workouts, manage bookings, drive retail and memberships, and help keep our studios running seamlessly.

THE ROLE
As an
Esthetician & Front of House , you'll support both our Trainer and Front of House teams across our Los Angeles studios.
You'll deliver our signature facial workouts, provide five-star service from arrival to departure, manage bookings and client enquiries, and maximise every opportunity to grow retail sales, memberships and client loyalty.
Your home studio will be based at one Los Angeles location, with regular travel to support our Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Silver Lake and Studio City studios as required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver FACEGYM's signature facial workouts following Bootcamp training.
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional luxury experience at every visit.
- Manage bookings, client enquiries and front desk operations using Zenoti.
- Drive retail sales, memberships, rebookings and client retention.
- Support Trainer and Front of House teams across multiple LA studios.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, operational and brand standards.
- Represent FACEGYM at studio events and community activations.
WHO YOU ARE
- A licensed California Esthetician with the right to work in the US.
- Passionate about skincare, facial wellness and luxury client service.
- Confident working both in the treatment room and at the front desk.
- Commercially minded with a passion for retail, memberships and client retention.
- Flexible to travel between Los Angeles studios and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
