As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for running your home Studio successfully. The main function of this role is to drive revenue and profitability, manage the day-to-day operations of the Studio, as well as manage and support the team. You will champion exceptional customer service within the Studio, create a happy working environment for employees, and ensure continual financial growth and meeting KPI's. This candidate must have hands-on experience with customers and previous experience of working within beauty, retail and/or a spa environment. NVQ level 3 beauty is preferred but not a requirement.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure all teams KPI targets are consistently met, providing feedback and coaching tools to help them improve.
  • Focus on client loyalty and assess occupancy rates, inspiring the team to improve on their own occupancy and rebook goals.
  • Manage Studio inventory to ensure it is stocked with necessary products and tools/equipment.
  • Ensure all team members adapt client conversations appropriately, maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve set KPI's.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are aware of FaceGym's culture and operational practices.
  • Take ownership of Studio targets, communicating daily goals to all team members.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines regarding sterilization and storage of equipment, ensuring cleanliness of Studios and work stations.
  • Support the team with overcoming selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract new customers during downtime.
  • Actively train and develop each team member as needed, reaching out to the education team for support when necessary.
  • Manage and overcome customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure an inclusive environment in the Studio, embedding the Family Values and creating an environment of support and respect.
  • Have flexibility to step in and cover workouts as needed.
