Face the Future Online Ltd is one of the UK’s leading online retailers of cosmeceutical skin care products, combining expert knowledge and a bespoke approach to skin health. Our passion and expertise in skin started in 2005 with our clinic and in 2008, the Face the Future online shop was born. Our online shop allows us to provide comprehensive home-treatment products to improve skin and make it the best it can be. As an authorised stockist of hundreds of skincare brands, we are in the unique and fortunate position to be able to offer our customers a completely bespoke service with the very best and most effective products, tailored to their skin concerns, skin goals and budget.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage a strategic partnership, ensuring seamless collaboration, achievement of joint business goals, and growth in brand performance through effective planning and execution.

Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the partnership, optimising outcomes through strategic negotiations, detailed planning, and effective relationship management. This role will also drive brand participation, ensuring timelines and trading plans are met, while maintaining the highest standard of communication and collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Leadership and Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact, fostering a strong, collaborative relationship.
  • Oversee day-to-day management, including trading plans, forecasting, stock management and due diligence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for trading planning, prioritisation, and achieving revenue targets.

2. Negotiation and Brand Commitment

  • Work with the Director to secure optimal terms and mutual benefits for all parties.
  • Continue to gain commitment from existing brands and new brand partners to join this partnership.
  • Ensure all agreements support profitability and align with our broader Company strategy.

3. Planning and Execution

  • Work with the brand team to develop and maintain joint business planning, ensuring all milestones and timelines are met including the order and delivery of stock.
  • Lead the trading plan creation and execution, providing clear priorities and actionable advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, content, and logistical efforts with partnership goals.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyse key performance indicators, including sales growth, promotional success, and market trends.
  • Prepare monthly partnership reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. •
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure continued alignment with business objectives.

5. Market Insights and Innovation

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations on range expansion, launches, and promotional activities to maximise impact.
