Facades Talent Group are working with an established and growing façades contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager with experience in façades, cladding, re-cladding or the wider building envelope sector. The company delivers a range of projects across new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding, covering all aspects of the external building envelope. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects from contract award through to completion. You will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, commercial teams and designers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard. Key responsibilities include: * Managing multiple façade and building envelope projects. * Overseeing projects from contract award through to completion. * Managing client relationships and project meetings. * Coordinating site teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring programmes, costs and project performance. * Managing contractual and commercial matters. * Working closely with design and commercial teams. * Managing variations and project changes. * Ensuring quality, health and safety standards are maintained. * Overseeing cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, render, EWI, insulation and other façade systems. * Managing re-cladding, refurbishment and remedial façade projects. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the façades, cladding, building envelope or wider construction sector. We are also open to experienced Project Managers who are ready to take the next step into a Contracts Manager position. Experience across façades, cladding, re-cladding, refurbishment or remedial works would be highly advantageous. You will need strong communication, organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
