Facades Talent Group are working with an established and growing façades contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a background in façades, cladding, re-cladding or the wider building envelope sector. The contractor delivers a variety of projects including new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding across the commercial, residential and public sectors. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of façade projects on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day site activities. * Supervising site teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring progress against the project programme. * Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics. * Carrying out regular quality inspections. * Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site. * Attending site meetings and providing progress updates. * Managing subcontractor performance and productivity. * Identifying and resolving issues on site. * Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation. * Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Manager within façades, cladding, building envelope or a related construction environment. Experience across systems such as rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, render, EWI, insulation and re-cladding would be highly advantageous. You will be confident managing subcontractors and site teams, with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Relevant site management qualifications such as SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be advantageous.
