Due to continued growth and the recent award of multiple re-cladding projects in Manchester, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex façade remediation and re-cladding schemes across the region.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of façade projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing façade re-cladding projects across Manchester
- Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, programming, and execution
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations
- Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and commercial performance
- Resolving technical and operational challenges on site
- Reporting regularly to senior management on project status
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the façade/cladding sector
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of façade systems, including:
- Rainscreen cladding
- Brickwork
- Insulated render systems
- General building envelope solutions
- Experience delivering re-cladding or remediation projects is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion
- Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.)
