Facades Talent Group are working with an established and growing façades contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in façades, cladding, re-cladding or the wider building envelope sector. The contractor works across a variety of projects including new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding throughout London and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, site teams, clients, subcontractors, designers and commercial teams to ensure projects run efficiently.

  • Managing façade projects from start to completion.
  • Planning and monitoring project programmes.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing client and consultant relationships.
  • Attending project and progress meetings.
  • Monitoring project costs and commercial performance.
  • Managing project variations and changes.
  • Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Overseeing quality, health and safety requirements.
  • Managing project documentation and reporting.
  • Identifying and resolving project issues.
  • Supporting the successful handover and completion of projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager within façades, cladding, building envelope or a related construction environment. Experience across systems such as rainscreen, curtain walling, SFS, render, EWI, insulation and re-cladding would be highly advantageous. You will be confident managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractors, with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage programmes, budgets and project deliverables is essential.
