Your Experience
- Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
- Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies
- Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types
- Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training
- Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects
