We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join us at our Head Office in Measham, Swadlincote.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

You will be:

  • Producing working drawings for bespoke house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawing in accordance with agreed planning drawings.
  • Liaising with the regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests.
  • Handling site queries when they arise.
  • Liaising with structural engineers and other third-party consultants relating to working drawing matters.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department in a residential background or new build house-builder.
  • Minimum HNC in construction or related subject.
  • Computer / IT literate with capability to use Excel, Word and database packages.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade 4 or above including maths and English.
