TH Recruit are working with an Architectural practice based in Northampton.

  • The Key Items
  • The ability to use REVIT well is essential.

More than 90% of our projects are undertaken using this software, so it is really important that any member of staff can create/adapt the REVIT model to create the required drawings/output efficiently.

  • Able to commute to our office in Northampton, to work collaboratively with our team, across a range of different projects and benefit from the social interaction, career development and technical/professional support that this provides.

Homeworking is enabled for all staff to cover essential activities but the ethos and added value is founded on our talented team working together, in the same building.

  • We are looking for staff who are passionate about delivering a high-quality output, who care about their work, developing a deeper understanding of design, technical and legislative requirements so that they can lead project teams and work autonomously, with in-house support.

We need people who can work dynamically, across several different projects and deliver against required deadlines and outputs.

With this in mind, we are looking for Architects, Architectural Technologists or RIBA Part 2 with some practical experience, who can continue to progress and flourish within our supportive working environment.

We would also like to hear from more experienced, project-running staff (approx. 3+ years’ experience) who are ‘hands on’ and are actively involved in delivering projects of all scales.

We provide excellent salary and benefits package to suit experience and performance, and support progression for all including:

  • Generous salary package and opportunities to progress
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Salary sacrifice EV car scheme (new/nearly new options)
  • Regular Socials & Funday Fridays activities
  • Annual walking weekend
  • Health & Wellbeing (1-2-1 reviews, Employee Assistance Programme)
  • Holiday allowance increasing with career progression and long service
  • Free on-site parking
  • Breakout area
  • Teas, coffee machine, healthy snacks provided
  • Large south-facing garden with outdoor seating and table tennis
  • Private medical cover and car allowance for senior leadership team
  • Extensive CPD programme exceeding RIBA requirements
  • Training opportunities, building visits, factory tours
  • Networking opportunities for all, to build connections
