Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering BIM strategies in line with ISO 19650.
- Strong knowledge of asset information standards and BIM assurance.
- Advanced Revit and Navisworks experience.
- Experience with CDE platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Previous leadership experience within BIM or digital delivery.
Desirable
- Asset or facilities management experience.
- Experience working with BIM consultants and supply chain partners.
- Knowledge of BIM applications within CDM and health & safety.
- Experience with Dynamo and/or Solibri.
- Familiarity with multiple CDE platforms.
