Responsibilities
- Manage complex Healthcare projects within Scotland, involving a combination of the following:
- Administer the NEC4 suite of contracts
- Projects involving multiple services provided by AECOM
- Manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out)
- Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions
- Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects

- Required Experience
- Experience from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects
- Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation if positive)
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
- Robust Stakeholder Management process
- Preferred Experience / Qualifications
- Academic Qualification – ideally Project Management/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree
- NEC 3/4 accreditation
- Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution
- Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, such as NHS Scotland Processes, Governance and Compliance
