  • Coordinate engineering information across Technical Office, Design, Construction, Survey, and Temporary Works teams to maintain an accurate digital representation of site activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Office team to capture engineering decisions, construction changes, and site information, ensuring timely incorporation into the BIM model.
  • Review survey data, red-line mark-ups, and as-built records prior to their inclusion within the federated model.
  • Maintain and update BIM models, CAD drawings, construction drawings, temporary works drawings, and record documentation.
  • Incorporate engineering revisions, RFIs, technical queries, construction changes, and approved design modifications into project models and drawings.
  • Conduct regular model validation exercises to verify alignment between the federated model, site conditions, and completed works.

  • Support construction planning through model-based visualisation, sequencing, and engineering coordination.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality as-built models and digital records for project handover.
  • Support asset information delivery and ensure engineering data is suitable for client handover requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital engineering processes and champion BIM best practice across the project.
