  • Role Description

The Project Architect, Technologist or experienced Part 2 is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayr, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion.

  • Proficiency in Archicad/ Revit experience
  • Minimum 3 years practice experience, with the ability to demonstrate meaningful contributions at all RIBA stages
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work within set timescales
  • Strong design skills and an ability to convert to technical drawing packages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and engage confidently with clients and consultants.
  • Working knowledge of the Planning and Building Warrant system.
