We are seeking an Architect to join our friendly team at our Aberfeldy office.

The successful candidate will have a range of skills, a good sense of humour and the ability to get on with other people.

They will need to be able handle different types of projects at different scales and at all RIBA Stages.

  • Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced in Autocad and Revit
  • A broad understanding of the Building Regulations
  • Good understanding of Tender and Contract issues
  • Ability to run jobs on site, inspect works and issue Instructions to Contractors
  • Interact well with clients at all project stages
  • Keep on top of note taking and record keeping
  • Personal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, methodical and well organised
  • Able to take ownership of projects at any RIBA Stage
  • Have a full UK driving licence and use of a car

Eòlas Architects are an employee owned practice working in the private housing, residential development, industrial / commercial and leisure sectors.

We work on existing buildings including listed and historic properties, and on new build projects.

We are a small team dealing with a wide variety of clients, project types and sectors. The position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop and progress.
