Field Team Leader in Chelmsford, UK – FA Division The Field Team Leader will remain an active field-based engineer whilst providing day-to-day supervision, coaching and leadership to the Field Engineers and Technicians within their team. Acting as the primary operational point of contact, the role provides technical guidance, allocates work, reinforces safety and quality expectations, and supports the Field Manager in monitoring performance and developing team members. Formal employee relations, disciplinary, capability and employment decisions remain with the Field Manager, supported by HR where appropriate.
