Location: Wandsworth, London, UK (Hybrid Working)

Hours: Flexible. Approximately 20 hrs per week, split across Monday to Friday. Exact days and times to be agreed.

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (Actual pro-rata for 20 hours) | Equiv. £48k–£54k FTE

FAC Technology is a leader in the development of advanced composite materials and lightweight structures. The company works on cutting-edge projects across industries, including aerospace, space and defence. We are looking for a Finance Administrator to help run the daily operations of the finance department.

The Role

  • Core Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping, manufacturing cost-coding, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Model Support: Assist the Head of Finance by updating data within our Three-Statement Financial Model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Cash Flow Tracking: Maintain records for our direct-method cash flow forecasts to support production cycles.
  • Reporting Assistance: Help collate information for board packs and investor reports that track our company growth.

The Profile

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in bookkeeping who wants to grow within a high-tech environment.
  • Education/Certification: AAT Qualified (Level 3 or 4) or currently studying toward a finance qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA).
  • Knowledge: Solid background in a finance or accounting position, with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with accounting software and Excel; experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment is a plus but not required.
  • Attributes: High level of accuracy and a desire for a stable, part-time role in South West London.
