What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high‑level administrative assistance, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and prioritising multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Providing language translation and interpretation services between English, Japanese and Chinese as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
- Fluency in Japanese and Chinese, in addition to proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
