We are a fast-growing certified public accounting firm offering a full range of assurance and advisory services including auditing services, taxation, corporate advisory, consulting, bookkeeping, corporate secretary and company formation services for local and international clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Being professional financial expertise in meeting basic to complex accounting and financial related requirements for the clients;
  • Review accounts prepared by the accounts assistants/seniors;
  • Managing, coaching, mentoring and building high-performance teams;
  • Responsible for growing both new and existing portfolios of clients;
  • Resource planning, ensure work efficiency and cost-effectiveness of assignments and business operations;
  • Passionate in building, driving, leading and growing the business to serve a great diversity of clients in various industries;
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to drive transformation through innovation and digitalisation to support the firm’s objectives;
  • Keep abreast with accounting standards changes to be able to identify relevant accounting changes to the clients;
  • Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and adherence to filing deadlines.

Requirements

  • Degree or relevant postgraduate/professional accounting qualifications;
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in a public accounting firm;
  • Hands-on in handling a full set of accounts & supervisory skills;
  • Proficient user of accounting software e.g. MYOB or Quickbook;
  • Handling a portfolio of clients, those with project related experiences will be advantageous;
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines;
  • Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates);
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess passion, initiative and an analytical mind;
  • Strong interpersonal and business writing and communication skills;
  • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
