E-Commerce Trading Manager

The Role
We’re seeking a commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager to join our team. This is a critical yet exciting time of growth for Fabulosa, and we need a hands‑on, analytical and agile e‑commerce expert to help execute trading and promotional activity across all digital channels, both in the UK and overseas.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day‑to‑day trading of the UK e‑commerce site, including performance monitoring, conversion optimisation, and campaign execution.
- Trading & Performance Optimisation: Monitor and analyse key trading metrics (conversion rate, AOV, basket size) to drive performance and support decision‑making.
- Promotional Campaign Execution: Support the planning and delivery of peak trading campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, January Sale), ensuring alignment with wider brand plans.
- Cross‑Channel Coordination: Collaborate with creative, CRM, and paid media functions to ensure consistent promotional messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Site Content & Merchandising: Manage site updates, merchandising and category optimisation to reflect campaign activity and maximise conversion.
- Customer Journey & CX Alignment: Partner with operations and customer service to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience during high‑volume trading periods.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the e‑commerce platform, with a focus on improving UX, conversion, and site functionality.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly trading reports and campaign performance analysis, sharing insights to guide further optimisations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an e‑commerce trading or digital marketing role (ideally 4 years+), within a fast‑paced DTC or FMCG brand.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of online trading levers and customer behaviour.
- Experience managing online stores and using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo (or similar tools), and Meta/Google Ads reporting.
- Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make informed trading decisions quickly.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
