FabStation is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As an SDR, your job is simple: generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue. You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency
  • Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline
  • Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
  • Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
  • Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection
