Fabrixon CAD Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in 3D modeling, simulation analysis, and engineering drawings. In this role, you will contribute to product development projects across industries, leveraging your expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to deliver manufacturable designs. You will also perform FEA and CFD simulations, ensuring design accuracy, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Perform simulation analyses, including FEA and CFD, to validate design performance.
  • Create detailed GD&T-compliant drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Support prototype development and manufacturing processes with accurate design inputs.

Project Delivery & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development, rendering, and electrical design teams for integrated solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and cost optimization.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with project timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.

Mentorship & Knowledge Development:

  • Share technical expertise with junior engineers and drafters.
  • Contribute to internal best-practice guides and CAD libraries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • SolidWorks and AutoCAD certifications preferred.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Proven track record in simulation analysis (FEA/CFD), GD&T drawings, and product development.
