About the RoleFabric is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Events Manager to help grow our midweek events business. Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll build relationships, create new opportunities and turn enquiries into memorable events.
You'll own the full client journey, from the first conversation and site visit through to contracting, event planning and advancing with our operations team to ensure every event is set up for success. Alongside inbound enquiries, you'll proactively develop new business, nurture client relationships and create opportunities for repeat business.

Sales & Business Development- Manage and convert inbound enquiries for midweek events, including corporate events, brand activations, product launches, conferences, networking events, filming, and private celebrations.
- Support the Sales Director in executing the venue's midweek sales strategy and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Get out into the industry. Build relationships with agencies, brands and creatives, keeping Fabric front of mind when opportunities arise.
- Be an ambassador for Fabric, representing the venue at networking events, industry gatherings and site visits. The relationships you build are just as important as the spaces you sell.
- Maintain accurate records, pipelines, forecasts, and client communications within the CRM system.
- Take ownership of the sales process from enquiry through to contract negotiation and confirmation.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, monitoring performance against agreed KPIs.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to event delivery.
- Lead the planning and advancement of events where required.
- Prepare detailed event briefs and ensure all client requirements are communicated accurately via the CRM system.
- Attend key client events on-site, providing support during event commencement and ensuring expectations are met.
- Maintain strong internal relationships across all departments to ensure successful event execution.
